• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may require additional verification to prevent fraudulent orders.

• Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time: 7-12 business days (varies based on location).

• Shipping is available across India (subject to courier partner availability).

• Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, natural disruptions, or courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

• Customers receive a tracking link via email or SMS once their order is dispatched.

• Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect after shipment.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

• COD orders may require phone or email verification before processing.

• Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address to receive the order.

• Refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
